We want you to avoid some of the usual stresses that come with a visit to the ER.

We are open to 8 every night at our orthopaedic urgent care. Here are the hours:

Will I save money when visiting VSO urgent care?

Urgent care visits are billed as an office visit. Therefore, you will usually save money with a visit to VSO ortho urgent care, versus visiting the ER.

What are some of the common conditions treated at Vail-Summit Orthopaedic Urgent Care?

  1. Acute pain such as sudden back pain without traumatic injury
  2. Cuts and lacerations
  3. Closed fractures or possible fractures
  4. Sprains or strains
  5. Minor dislocations (fingers and toes) (hip and shoulder dislocations should go to ER)
  6. Cast or wound dressing problems
  7. Painful, swollen or injured joints such as knees, elbows, and shoulders
  8. Sports injuries: knee, foot and ankle injuries

What DON'T We Treat at Vail-Summit Orthopaedic Urgent Care?

At VSO Ortho Urgent Care, we do not treat nose/facial fractures, headaches, head injuries or concussions, chest/rib, animal bites, major joint dislocations, pain management patients, routine prescription refills or acute neck or back injuries associated with a fall or collision.
